Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to proposals, projects and services delivered by Werkman Automatisering, based in Papendrecht, The Netherlands.

2. Services

Services may include workflow analysis, automation design, implementation, integrations, reporting automation and related advisory work.

3. Client cooperation

The client is responsible for providing timely access to information, systems, stakeholders and feedback needed to complete the work properly.

4. Delivery

Work is delivered based on the agreed scope. Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate agreement or revised proposal.

5. Intellectual property

Custom project deliverables become the property of the client after full payment, unless agreed otherwise. Werkman Automatisering retains the right to reuse general know-how, patterns and non-client-specific components.

6. Liability

Liability for direct damages is limited to the value of the relevant assignment. Indirect damages, including lost profit or consequential loss, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Payment

Payment terms are stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
